Patton is Thomas's moral side. He is known the father figure of the imagination. In addition, he will always help Thomas out of his trouble by helping him with his heart of gold. Patton always tries to always be happy and optimistic, and has a habit of trying to suppress his negative feelings. He is working getting rid of this habit.
